Opportunity to see new World War II documentary

Thursday, July 17th, 2014 @ 11:50AM

I am the son of a World War II 36th Combat Engineer and retired dean at Bergen Community College.  At Bergen, I was able to premier the first two hours of a superb documentary on the World War 2 combat engineers on the FiOS Bergen County channel I established.  At my request, the channel, 26 for all FiOS subscribers in the county, will be airing the documentary between 5 PM and 7 PM every day in July.  I think it is a great documentary for the veterans to watch.   The channel also airs the excellent Triumphant Spirit series of interviews with World War II veterans.

More information on the documentary can be found at http://www.nobridgetoofar.com  .   In addition, Marian Chard, daughter of a combat engineer and the documentary maker, is trying to crowd source the small amount of additional funds to make the last four hours of the documentary.  Anyone interested in contributing should go to http://www.gofundme.com/No-Bridge-Too-Far .

Please contact me if you have any questions,

Regards,
