Vietnam War 50th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony
Sunday, September 17th, 2017 @ 12:23PM
Commander Joe Cutolo and Adjutant Dick Moloney,
I would like to express my extreme gratitude for you putting to together and hosting a rembrenance to our Vietnam Veteran’s yesterday (Saturday September 16, 2017) in honor of the 50th year since the war began.
Commander Cutolo, your speech was truly moving and from the heart which made it even more special. The addition of guest speaker Major General James T Jackson, USA, Retired, Director of the USA Vietnam War Commemortion added to the overall theme in thanking all who served during war era.
Adjutant Moloney, the decision to hold this ceremony as part of your annual POW/MIA rembrence added to the overall importance of letting those who were treated so badly upon their return that we truly appreciate their efforts on behalf of their country.
Again I thank you both from the bottom of my heart and as County Commander, I am extremely proud of this effort.
